Intuitively, we know that personalized interaction is what makes a message land and the lesson stick. Yet companies still introduce the most powerful technology of our lifetime, AI, to the world through text boxes and static screenshots. AI cannot remain trapped in a text box.
Every technological revolution has been hamstrung by the same problem: the distance between a technology's full potential and what people understood that technology could do for them. With AI, the scale of this challenge is unprecedented. This is the diffusion gap. As progress accelerates, the frontier is sprinting ahead, but most people don’t know how to keep up. To accelerate AI’s diffusion into the economy, we need to:
